Your next move starts here.

MTC Berkeley presents Agents in Action, a Grammarly-sponsored AI hackathon bringing student builders together for a day of creativity, collaboration, and hands-on exploration.

Join us on October 16, 2026, from 1-10 PM in Berkeley, CA, to build a working prototype with Superhuman Go or Grammarly agents at the heart of your project. Combine them with other tools, explore unexpected uses, and create something you’re excited to demo.

With a Scrabble-inspired twist, you’ll assemble your team, choose your track, and make your move.

Choose your track
  • Productivity & Replacement: Replace repetitive tasks, simplify manual processes, and build agents that help people get more done.

  • Inclusion & Accessibility: Reduce barriers and help more people communicate, learn, work, and access information.

  • Wildcard: Take an unexpected direction. Build something creative that pushes beyond the other tracks.

What’s on the board
  • Build & compete: Compete for prizes awarded to the top three projects overall, plus commemorative awards for the top three projects in each track—nine track awards total. Prize details will be announced.

  • Learn the tools: Get hands-on through workshops and live demos.
